Nnewi Community Association of Great Britain and Ireland holds the following meetings:

• The Annual General Meeting which is held on the last Sunday of April in each calendar year. The business of each annual general meeting shall include:

1. A report by the chairman/woman on the activities of the Association
2. Consideration of the annual accounts of the company

• The election/re-election of directors, as referred to in articles 67 to 72 of Articles of Association.

    (b) Meetings of the directors responsible for the management of the company’s business, for which purpose they may exercise all the powers of the company.

The monthly general meetings are held on the last Sunday of every month in a calendar year except in the months of December and January;

1. Agenda for the meeting must be sent to members two clear days before any general meeting.
2. A notice calling a meeting shall specify the time and place of the meeting;

      iii.   Indicate the general nature of the business to be dealt with at the meeting;

• If a special resolution (see article 29) (or a resolution requiring special notice under the Act) is to be proposed, shall also state that fact, giving the exact terms of the resolution.

.  (d)  Notice of every general meeting shall be given

1. In hard copy form
2. In writing or (where the individual to whom notice is given has notified the company of an address to be used for electronic communication) in electronic form.
